Welcome to my website. It is a work in progress. Do not hesitate to call me on my cell phone or comunicate by email in the interim if you have questions, concerns or suggestions realted to my aquatic and climbing programs. The Google calendar is working so you can go to it and see my private lesson, group lesson, masters swim, climb & swim, and Saco Valley Swim Team schedule for June-August 2008. Saco Valley Swim Team will begin holding practices at various locations and times on most week days and Saturday mornings. First practice will be June 26 at Echo Lake at 6:30pm. The first Saturday practice is scheduled for Echo Lake on June 28 starting at 7:00am. Swimmers need to bring a suit, towel, goggles and water bottle to practice. Cost is $10 per swimmer per practice. If you know of any other youth swimmers interested joining our team please pass along your thoughts obout what we're doing and on open invitation for them to attend a practice or two. We're going to have fun, get fit and get ready for the swim meets in July and the state meet in early August. Participation in the meets is not mandatory. Children are welcome to attend "practices only". They will still be learning valuable swim skills while being exposed to other kids that like to swim. Practice environment will be one of tolerance, respect and fun for everyone. New for summer 2008 will be lessons & fitness training swims for masters swimmers and triathletes. Both are scheduled as early morning swims at Crystal Lake in Eaton and Burnt Meadow Pond in Brownfield, ME respectively. It will be a refreshing and fun way to start your day. Adult swimmers of any age and abilty are welcome and encouraged to attend. Class size is limited to eight swimmers. Class cost is $60 for the six-week class.
